What you will do
- Run subcontract packages from request through award for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection trades.
- Work with Engineering and Construction to close scope, drawing and specification gaps before a package goes out.
- Build bidder lists, issue packages, hold pre-bid meetings and handle bidder questions and addenda.
- Compare bids on equal terms and write award recommendations covering price, schedule, qualifications and risk.
