Manages and enables channel partners in a regional partner ecosystem, building partner plans and growing pipeline to drive bookings and meet growth targets.
What you will do
- Identify, recruit and develop new partners to expand sales and service reach
- Forecast partner pipeline conversion together with sales teams
- Track partner performance against plan and address gaps in enablement, pipeline and bookings
What they look for
- Based in the Southern Germany region
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven channel management experience with a strong record against quota
- Experience growing distribution-managed partners through distributors
- Excellent presentation skills for technical and business audiences
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness to travel more than half the time
