Clinical Trial Manager

About the role

You will own the clinical delivery and operational oversight of research trials, working with project managers and functional leads to keep start-up and clinical work on budget, on contract and compliant.

What you will do

• Oversee start-up and clinical work from site identification to database lock, managing scope, timelines, milestones and budget
• Make sure project plans address risks and meet standards, procedures, client needs and regulations
• Track and manage financial, quality and project risks, including revenue forecasting and scope changes
• Lead site identification, selection, activation and recruitment strategy with project teams
• Oversee ethics and regulatory submissions, trial agreements, site budgets and informed consent documents
• Manage monitoring strategy, vendor performance, supplies and site payments, and keep the trial inspection ready
