Campaign and Growth Manager

Drives qualified lead generation and business growth through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Turns growth goals into campaign strategies and optimizes performance to deliver measurable results.

What you will do

• Write campaign briefs that give execution teams clear direction and expectations
• Set channel strategies and decide how each channel supports campaign objectives
• Own event and tradeshow marketing, from planning and promotion to lead capture and follow-up
• Run post-campaign analysis and document results, learnings and recommendations
• Direct specialists across paid media, email, social, creative, video and web, and maintain the master campaign calendar

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign data and guiding investment decisions
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business results
