Director, Project Management, Healthcare RCM Transformation

About the role

Leads a project management office team that plans and delivers cross-functional initiatives, including system integrations, client implementations and process standardization. Guides projects so they match strategic goals across the enterprise.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of three to five project managers, including junior staff
• Set PMO standards, templates, methodologies and reporting structures
• Oversee a portfolio covering new products, integrations, software enhancements and process improvements
• Ensure projects finish on time, in scope and in line with priorities
• Act as liaison with R&D, IT, HR, operations, compliance, finance and product owners
• Coach team members, balance workloads and give performance feedback

What they look for

• Residence and work within the continental United States
• Experience leading project managers and a PMO function
• Track record managing complex cross-functional projects
• Ability to build relationships with product owners and senior leaders
• Strong coordination across departments such as IT, operations and compliance
