What you will do
- Own strategy and daily management of Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon ads for Australia
- Find gaps in retargeting, funnel mix and upper versus lower funnel balance, then fix them
- Manage a large annual ad budget with accountability for efficiency and results
- Brief the in-house designer on creative needs and test hypotheses against performance data
- Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and channel revenue, and report insights to stakeholders
