What you will do
- Use a consultative approach to teach practices about their industry and challenge them to modernise
- Meet quarterly and yearly territory sales targets
- Manage a defined set of accounts and bring on new high potential practices
- Build and execute territory and account plans based on each practice's goals and challenges
- Use data and analytics to support customer decision making
- Educate practices on products so they feel clinically comfortable, and coordinate internal resources

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least four years of sales or industry experience, including medical device, capital equipment, dental or orthodontic sales
- Proven record of hitting sales goals
- Valid driver's license
- Comfort with business discussions such as cash flow, ROI and profit and loss
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM system, plus virtual communication tools
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce
