What you will do

• Guide a team of direct sales executives to grow new business quickly in the region
• Shape go-to-market strategy with sales operations, covering competition and regional strengths
• Plan territories, develop relationships and help field teams close deals to drive revenue
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members, setting territories, quotas and performance expectations
• Report accurate forecasts and pipeline, and meet quarterly and annual sales targets
• Join C-level meetings to grasp customer needs and work with consulting, marketing, partners and executives

• Proven new business sales record with presentation and negotiation skills at C level
• Success recruiting, coaching and managing a high-performing sales team
