You will lead a core pillar of the technology team, reporting to the VP of Engineering, and build and scale several engineering teams and services. The work creates GenAI and ML powered consumer experiences that simplify healthcare navigation.
What you will do
- Support and scale multiple engineering teams and recruit top talent
- Own outcomes so the technology is fast, accurate and high performing
- Cultivate a culture of quality execution and continuous delivery
- Bring engineering-driven ideas to reality with autonomy and end-to-end ownership
What they look for
- Eight or more years of software development experience
- Four or more years leading multiple engineering teams or managing managers
- Deep experience architecting high-availability distributed systems and cloud services
- Proven expertise in modern SDLC practices such as CI/CD, automated testing and agile
- A track record of recruiting and retaining senior talent
