- Adjust bids, refine audience targeting and rebalance budgets across campaigns
- Launch and improve campaigns in growth markets with tailored ad creatives
- Share actionable growth ideas with the ecommerce and sales teams
- Troubleshoot tracking issues so campaign attribution stays accurate

- A record of beating revenue and customer acquisition goals, not just impression or click metrics
- At least six years of hands-on Google Ads work, including setup, management and reporting
