Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

The role drives data-driven optimization of performance campaigns across several markets, with a strong focus on Google Search. It involves deep campaign analysis, onsite performance checks and forecasting so revenue targets are met.

What you will do

• Optimize keywords and ad creatives in real time to beat revenue and ROAS goals and fix underperformance
• Grow high-performing markets through bid adjustments, audience targeting refinements and budget shifts
• Launch and refine campaigns in growth markets with new keyword strategies and original ad creatives
• Work with ecommerce and sales teams to surface and communicate opportunities for incremental growth
• Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies so campaign attribution and measurement stay accurate

What they look for

• In-house performance marketing experience managing at least USD 100,000 in monthly spend, not agency side
• A record of exceeding revenue and customer acquisition targets rather than only impression or click metrics
• At least six years of hands-on Google Ads work covering setup, management and reporting across campaign types
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

Nice to have

• Substantial experience with Performance Max campaigns
