Online Marketing Manager

About the role

You will grow the Polish market for an online mental health platform, raising brand awareness and market share. The role reports to a local marketing lead and sits within an international marketing team.

What you will do

• Adapt acquisition campaigns for the Polish audience, covering ad assets, landing pages, mailings, SEO and headlines
• Read dashboards, diagnose campaign performance, test across channels and form a clear strategic view
• Build a market strategy around user acquisition, share of search, cost per acquisition and brand growth
• Own localisation, creator partnerships, local collaborations and awareness activities after a trial period

What they look for

• At least three years in a comparable marketing role
• End-to-end coordination of influencer collaborations, from creator research and contract negotiation to execution and learnings
• Strong Polish writing skills for adapting content to a Polish audience
• Genuine interest in mental health through study or personal experience, plus an empathetic personality
• Strategic and curious mindset, comfortable digging into data and testing new approaches

Nice to have

• Influencer work for SaaS products or apps
• Website UX optimisation experience, with examples
