Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

A fully remote role owning the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, using email, social, channel and paid media to move users toward product value, raise usage and drive revenue.

What you will do

• Own the complete user journey across the channel mix, from discovery and signup to paid conversion, engagement and churn reduction
• Focus core measurement on turning free users into paying subscribers
• Build and refine a nurture engine that uses behaviour and persona signals to send personalized, brand-building messages
• Distribute valuable content such as webinars, guides and playbooks to help users improve their outreach
• Run campaigns across email, cold email, partner co-marketing, affiliates and social media
• Create written and video content, including blog posts and webinars, and report on results

• Strong knowledge of the category and genuine empathy for users
• Stakeholder and project management skills to coordinate with marketing, customer success and product leads
• Ability to review existing onboarding and nurture campaigns and make rapid improvements
• Experience planning and executing critical campaigns on a tight timeline
• Comfort working in a fully remote team across North American and European timezones
