You will give premium software support and services to mainframe clients for their IMS systems, handling requests, problems and migrations.

Answer customer service requests for z/OS mainframe clients concerning IMS and related OEM products
Act as primary support for reported problems with IMS and related OEM software
Provide support around the clock across several time zones
Install OEM software following best practices and company standards
Support migration services for new customers and help project managers clear technical hurdles
Carry out disaster recovery tasks with the recovery services team and follow ITSM change control procedures

A bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
More than ten years of professional IMS experience in administration and systems programming support
Knowledge of software management, maintenance and documentation best practices
Skill in developing strategies, processes and best practices
