What you will do
- Handle customer service orders for z/OS mainframe clients involving MQ products promptly
- Serve as primary support for reported MQ software problems
- Provide round the clock coverage across several time zones
- Install MQ products following best practices and internal standards
- Help prepare customer partitions for the yearly operating system upgrade using a proactive checklist
- Support migrations of newly acquired customers and disaster recovery tasks
