Business Development Manager, North America

About the role

A part-time remote role selling IT and SAP services to North American clients. The person grows accounts, runs the sales pipeline and keeps offshore delivery aligned with client leaders.

What you will do

• Grow and maintain relationships with enterprise and mid-market IT and SAP clients across North America
• Act as main contact during US hours, handling queries, tracking deliverables and keeping clients satisfied
• Find upsell, cross-sell and new project chances in existing accounts and pursue new prospects
• Run pitches, proposals, contract talks and statements of work for IT and SAP services
• Link offshore technical teams with client leaders to keep delivery on track
• Report on the sales pipeline, account plans and revenue metrics

What they look for

• Direct work with North American enterprise clients
• Background selling or managing SAP solutions and general IT or software consulting
• Strong spoken and written English with business sense suited to North American corporate culture
• Comfort engaging executives, directors and technical stakeholders
• Willingness to work regularly during US night hours from India, with a reliable remote setup

Nice to have

• Existing contacts among IT and SAP clients in North America
• Experience with onsite and offshore hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with sales CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot and proposal tools
