Customer Success Manager, Chinese speaker

About the role

Manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients across APAC, acting as their main contact from onboarding through renewal. The role focuses on adoption, satisfaction and long term value from compliance solutions.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical clients after the sale
• Guide customers through audits and coordinate smooth, satisfying delivery
• Run regular check-ins and serve as first contact for operational and support questions
• Support onboarding, adoption and engagement across many accounts
• Track metrics such as credit usage, satisfaction, loyalty, retention and renewals
• Keep CRM records accurate and share customer feedback with product teams

What they look for

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management or client support
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Chinese
• Good organization and close attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-focused approach and comfort working alone or in a team
• Comfort with a fast-changing, high-tempo environment
• Interest in pharma or life sciences

Nice to have

• Additional languages beyond English and Chinese
• Prior experience at a startup or scale-up
