Manager, Commercial Sales (East)

About the role

Lead a regional commercial sales team focused on winning new accounts and growing existing ones, while helping shape the go-to-market approach for the segment. The role is remote and based in the Eastern United States, close to the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Own the commercial sales plan and its execution across your assigned sub-region
• Hire, coach and lead a group of five to seven commercial sales representatives
• Build a repeatable motion for new logos and expansion across mid-market and upper mid-market accounts
• Deliver an accurate weekly forecast with clear commit, upside and risk views, and enforce opportunity hygiene and CRM discipline
• Work with channel partners on events, co-selling, deal registration and joint pipeline generation

What they look for

• Three or more years leading quota-carrying field sellers as a regional or segment leader
• Experience leading in a remote-first, distributed organisation with stakeholders across time zones
• Background selling to IT, security or operations buyers and working with complex technical and economic decision makers
• Strong process discipline in qualification and pipeline inspection
