Regional Performance Marketing Manager, Automotive and Multi-Location Retail

About the role

A field based role owning day to day digital and retail marketing performance for a group of dealership locations. The manager turns regional strategy into measurable results at store level and works closely with store leaders, agencies and vendors.

What you will do

• Monitor paid search, social, display, retargeting and local campaigns and suggest spend or targeting changes
• Track KPIs such as leads, cost per lead, conversion and closing rates, spend, cost per sale and ROI
• Report marketing results and give clear recommendations to regional and store leadership
• Watch store marketing budgets, spot pacing problems and shift spend to better performing channels
• Handle OEM marketing rules and co-op compliance, keeping documentation for reimbursement
• Oversee agency and vendor performance against agreed KPIs, deadlines and deliverables

• Strong grasp of paid digital media, lead generation, analytics and return on investment
• Comfortable digging into numbers to see what works and what must change
• Able to partner with general managers, sales and service leaders, agencies and vendors
• Willing to travel regularly to dealerships in the region
• Lives in or near one of the listed Midwest markets
