Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

Own paid acquisition from strategy through execution, building a new performance marketing capability on top of an already strong organic funnel. The role reports to senior marketing leadership and works closely with operations, data and lifecycle teams.

What you will do

• Build and run the paid acquisition strategy across search, social, retargeting, sponsorships and other channels worth testing
• Decide where paid spend adds incremental growth, design tests and choose where to scale, hold or stop
• Direct supporting agencies, set briefs, hold them to targets and decide what work moves in-house
• Plan and pace the budget, report on return and argue for increasing or cutting spend
• Work with marketing operations on attribution and tracking before spend scales
• Define audiences and channel mix, and set a measurement framework for acquisition cost and payback

What they look for

• Hands-on work running paid search, paid social and retargeting rather than only briefing agencies
• Record of standing up or greatly scaling an early paid program, including building the infrastructure
• Experience managing an external agency or partner, setting expectations and enforcing accountability
• Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, plus collaboration with ops or data teams
