Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Own the paid media strategy and hands-on execution for the Australian market, replacing an outside agency and steering direct-to-consumer growth. The role covers both planning and day to day channel management.

What you will do

• Find gaps in retargeting, funnel mix and upper versus lower funnel balance, then fix them
• Manage a large yearly ad budget and stay accountable for results and spend efficiency
• Brief the in-house designer on creative needs and test new creative ideas against data
• Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue by channel, and report clear next steps
• Keep up with platform changes, algorithm shifts and new AI advertising tools

What they look for

• Hands-on experience with Meta and Facebook advertising is the main requirement
• Prior in-house paid media work at a comparable e-commerce brand and spend level
• Able to own paid media strategy end to end, from spotting gaps to executing changes
• Data-driven and growth-focused, able to learn a new brand and market quickly
• Track record managing large ad budgets with clear accountability for outcomes
• Strong written and spoken English for briefs, reporting and remote teamwork

• Experience with additional advertising platforms beyond Meta
