What you will do
- Generate and plan fresh slot game concepts on a monthly cadence
- Study top-performing slots worldwide to spot winning mechanics, themes and features
- Develop original concepts that improve retention and player engagement
- Present concepts, math models, themes, bonus features and visual direction for approval
- Define game flow, features, bonus mechanics, RTP direction and volatility targets
- Write product specs and coordinate with designers, mathematicians, developers, artists and QA through launch
