Product Lead

About the role

A leadership role steering strategy, development and scaling of a digital poker platform while overseeing product initiatives across six physical poker rooms. The lead drives product vision for both online and in-venue experiences and connects the two channels.

What you will do

• Define and communicate a product vision and a 12 to 24 month strategy for digital and in-venue experiences
• Build, mentor and lead the product team, encouraging experimentation and data driven decisions
• Maintain roadmaps and prioritise initiatives by business impact across acquisition, retention and technical debt
• Partner with design, engineering and hospitality teams on guest experience, testing and feedback loops
• Own rewards and loyalty strategy, onboarding flows and monetisation including rake, tournaments and VIP programmes
• Oversee launches, track engagement, retention, churn and revenue metrics, and align with marketing, finance, compliance and operations

What they look for

• 10 or more years in product management, with a record of leading product organisations
• Deep expertise in mobile gaming, hospitality operations, monetisation models and regulatory compliance
• Experience setting strategy and roadmaps for both digital and physical channels
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with unit economics and cohort lifetime value
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and bridge online and in-venue groups
