Senior Manager, Programs, Global Expansion and New Initiatives

About the role

Owns the customer operations strategy for complex cross functional expansion programs across products, partners, markets and channels. Leads a team of program and process managers and represents operations to international business teams.

What you will do

• Set the strategy and roadmap for scaling customer operations into new products, partners, geographies and channels
• Define operational objectives, policies, procedures and success criteria for initiatives across regions
• Lead, coach and develop a team covering program management and service delivery improvement
• Drive large cross area programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies and risk
