About the role

Fits someone comfortable moving between on-premises and cloud systems and who likes fixing things properly rather than patching over them. Part of an infrastructure team that handles both day-to-day operations and new platform projects.

What you will do

• Run Azure IaaS: virtual machines, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
• Administer Windows Server across VMware and Azure, including patching, troubleshooting and health checks.
• Manage Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, covering identity lifecycle, sync and access.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, DNS and other platform services, and automate provisioning with PowerShell, Terraform and Azure DevOps pipe

What they look for

• Hands-on Windows Server administration, from configuration and patching to troubleshooting.
• Practical Azure IaaS experience with VMs, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
• Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory work, including identity lifecycle and access management.
• Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration, plus a good grasp of DNS and enterprise infrastructure services.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes, including incidents, changes and CAB governance.

Nice to have

• Terraform and infrastructure as code.
