What you will do
- Administer Azure IaaS: virtual machines, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
- Manage Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, including identity lifecycle, sync and access.
- Handle incidents and changes, do root-cause analysis and take part in CAB-approved changes.
- Automate repetitive tasks and provisioning with PowerShell, Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
A typical week
- Incident and change work across the hybrid estate.
- Monitoring and health checks on Windows Server, Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
- Building or improving automation with PowerShell and Terraform.
- Supporting a smaller GCP footprint where needed.

- Hands-on Windows Server administration, covering configuration, patching, troubleshooting and health checks.
- Practical Azure IaaS experience and work with Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory.
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration, plus solid DNS knowledge.
- Experience with ITSM processes, CAB governance and Azure DevOps boards.
- Clear English communication and the ability to work independently across on-premises and cloud.
