What you will do
- Handle second-line support, troubleshoot complex endpoint, network and access issues and escalate when needed
- Manage the lifecycle of Windows and macOS devices and administer Active Directory and Entra ID
- Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, permissions and collaboration tools
- Support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, cloud services and connectivity
- Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Apply least-privilege security, follow incident and change processes and keep documentation current
