Co-op / Internship Program

About the role

A structured internship of up to about seven months where students work on projects tied to their field of study. Participants receive mentoring and gain exposure to real work across several functions.

What you will do

• Complete projects matched to your major and interests
• Take part in hands on activities and cross functional collaboration
• Support material scheduling, inventory, lean work and process improvement
• Help with project engineering, time studies and root cause analysis
• Assist with CRM data, sales processes, customer service and outage planning
• Support site planning, progress tracking, subcontractor coordination and safety compliance

What they look for

• Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, EHS, a related STEM field or business management
• Or studying for a diploma in environment, health and safety
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• A team oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Strong interest in environment, health and safety and quality standards
• Leadership potential shown in academic, project or extracurricular work
• Curiosity, a proactive attitude and adaptability to change
• Basic grasp of construction safety principles and common site hazards
