The commercial owner for a portfolio of enabling technology solutions in the market. The role drives adoption, commercial optimisation and sustainable growth while working closely with the implant sales organisation.
What you will do
- Lead all commercial activity for the technology, including capital, rental and value-based models
- Create and execute account-level commercial strategies
- Drive adoption in targeted accounts and sustain use after installation
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and prioritise accounts
- Engage senior hospital stakeholders on clinical, financial and operational topics
- Work with implant sales teams to align the technology with account strategy
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or a related field
- Ten or more years in MedTech or a related industry
- Track record in capital equipment sales or complex solution selling
- Experience with value-based selling or health economics
- Skill in key account management
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation ability
Nice to have
- MBA or comparable commercial experience
