Paid Acquisition Lead (Google Ads)

About the role

Own and rebuild the global Google Ads acquisition engine for an AI product, scaling profitable monthly spend from a six-figure base to seven figures and beyond.

What you will do

• Audit, validate and rebuild the Google Ads strategy from scratch with a search-first, worldwide focus
• Scale the current monthly foundation to a profitable seven-figure level, removing setups that break
• Analyse funnel data deeply to improve the whole journey from impression to conversion

What they look for

• Hands-on practitioner who understands search and CPA/ROMI algorithms thoroughly
• Fluency in SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, retention, churn and payback periods
• Advanced use of Claude for campaign analysis and planning
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, with high agency and comfort in ambiguity
