Lead the content side of an inbound marketing engine, managing a team of copywriters and owning editorial quality and pipeline results. The content must rank in classic search and be cited by AI answer engines.

What you will do
- Coach, manage and grow a group of six copywriters, including feedback, reviews and hiring
- Set and uphold editorial standards for accuracy, depth, voice and structure
- Review and edit content before publication and help the team improve over time
- Work with SEO specialists on keywords, topic clusters, briefs and refreshes
- Coordinate with web, technical SEO and design on publishing and site performance
- Turn team OKRs into quarterly content plans and weekly execution
