Regional Dealer Development Manager

About the role

Oversee dealer placement and development across a northern US region, helping expand and strengthen the retail network. The role supports strategic market growth and dealer performance.

What you will do

• Oversee dealer business management, working capital, profitability and financial results
• Handle compliance matters such as facilities, signage, flooring and trademark rules
• Review underperforming or newly appointed dealers and build launch or improvement plans
• Report franchise activity and progress to regional management and coordinate launches with district managers

• Experience coordinating dealer placement and network development activities
• Knowledge of dealer financial performance, working capital and profitability management
• Familiarity with franchise compliance, facility and signage standards
• Ability to evaluate buy/sell opportunities and make recommendations
