Manager, Investigations

About the role

Leads internal investigations by analyzing data from many sources to surface risks, trends and root causes affecting the business. Manages evidence collection and works with legal and leadership teams to support decisions.

What you will do

• Lead investigations by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to assess risks and business impact
• Assemble investigative files and evidentiary packages for legal counsel and leadership review
• Act as a central resource for flagging potential threats, vulnerabilities and fraud risks
• Create reporting formats and tools for standard and ad hoc leadership updates
• Partner cross-functionally on investigative projects and recommend process improvements
• Promote integrity, ethical conduct and accountability within the team

• Commitment to ethics, integrity and compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and a basic grasp of AI applications for investigations and reporting
