Regional Sales Manager, Florida (Strategic)

About the role

Drive strategic sales across a Florida territory for a telemetry platform serving IT and security teams. The role owns the full sales cycle and builds lasting customer relationships.

What you will do

• Build a business plan aimed at exceeding sales goals
• Manage the whole sales ecosystem, from lead generation through to closing
• Help customers see the value of the platform throughout the sales process
• Explain the value proposition from engineer level up to C-level executives
• Forecast reliably and meet sales targets

What they look for

• Seven or more years of strategic security sales to large enterprise organisations, calling on security and IT buyers
• Experience at an early-stage startup under 1000 employees, or a demonstrated entrepreneurial streak
• Proven record of winning and growing seven-figure deals
• Success selling to large global companies, including landing at least one new logo from scratch
• Experience selling through channel-led motions
• Able to create demand in a territory and sell solutions that are not yet budgeted
