Own the product experience for an AI agent used by marketers, improving how new customers adopt the self-serve platform during their first weeks.

Own the agent product experience and make it competitive and useful for AI-first marketers
Coordinate with other product managers and squads so the agent integrates well across the platform
Identify and remove friction using data, experiments and customer insight
Define and monitor metrics for activation, retention and monetization
Work with marketing, customer experience and design across all touch points
Partner with engineering to scope and ship improvements that deliver customer value

At least three years of product management in SaaS, ideally including an agentic product
Hands-on use or development of AI tooling in a product workflow
Proven record of lifting activation or retention metrics
Strong analysis and experimentation skills, at ease with ambiguity
Experience collaborating across product, marketing and customer experience
Clear communicator who simplifies complexity and builds alignment
