Manager, Executive Talent Management

About the role

Leads the design of performance management, talent planning and career development programs that support an engaged, high performing workforce. Works with HR partners and business leaders across the organisation.

What you will do

• Design and roll out enterprise talent discussions and succession planning tools with HR and business leaders
• Build programs that support associate and leadership development
• Establish a shared approach to mentoring and career pathing
• Own all performance management processes and related tools
• Partner with shared services and field professionals outside the immediate team

What they look for

• Familiarity with performance management and talent planning processes
• Project management experience in a corporate setting
• Analytical skills for interpreting employee data
• Facilitation, presentation and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of employment law
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Sharepoint

Nice to have

• A master's degree focused on leadership development, organisation development or a similar field
