Commercial Process Consultant

About the role

A consultant is needed to help a pharmaceutical business move its commercial operations from a Salesforce-based CRM to Vault CRM, turning field and commercial needs into consistent global processes.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of commercial processes and work with stakeholders in global and local markets
• Run workshops, collect requirements, question local deviations and record agreed exceptions
• Produce process maps, narratives, business rules, requirements and acceptance criteria
• Review capabilities, spot gaps and judge business impact during the CRM transition
• Check solution demos and settle open requirements with project and platform teams
• Track decisions, dependencies, exceptions and requirements traceability, and help with business testing

What they look for

• At least five years in business analysis or process consulting
• Three or more years in pharmaceutical commercial operations or customer engagement
• Two or more years of hands-on work with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes
• Involvement in a Vault CRM discovery, transition, requirements, configuration review or testing project
• Experience across several markets, working with field users and global process owners
• Skilled in process mapping, requirements management and writing acceptance criteria

Nice to have

• BPMN, Agile, Jira or Confluence experience
• Veeva certifications
• German or French language skills
