Community & Partnerships Manager

About the role

You will be the local presence building community and venue partnerships in a new international market, turning relationships into member value and growth. The role is hands-on and individual contributor, based in the city with time spent out with partners and members.

What you will do

• Plan and run sessions for prospective members, member events and partner gatherings, from guest list to follow-up
• Agree straightforward collaborations such as member benefits, activations and referral flows, escalating complex deals
• Measure what each activity produced in member value, acquisition or learning, and use it to decide what to repeat
• Work with the market lead and the UK partnerships team, feeding local insight back into the wider business

What they look for

• Around three to five years in a comparable role
• Comfortable building professional relationships in Dutch
• Willing to work in person, split between a city centre office and time in the field
• Able to own an event or activation end to end within the first month
• Sound commercial judgement for day-to-day partnership decisions
