Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Own paid media strategy and hands-on execution for the Australian market, replacing an agency and driving direct-to-consumer growth. The role combines strategic direction with day-to-day channel management.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and hands-on management of ads on Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon for Australia
• Spot weaknesses in retargeting, funnel mix and upper versus lower funnel balance, then implement fixes
• Manage a large yearly ad budget with accountability for results and spend efficiency
• Brief the in-house designer on creative needs and test hypotheses against performance data
• Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and channel revenue, and report insights to stakeholders

What they look for

• Proven hands-on experience with Meta and Facebook advertising, the core requirement
• Background managing paid media in-house at a comparable e-commerce brand and spend level
• Ability to own paid media end to end, from diagnosing gaps to executing changes alone
• Data-driven, growth-oriented mindset and ability to learn a new market and brand quickly
• Strong written and verbal English for creative briefs, reporting and team collaboration
• Working overlap with Australian business hours
