Support corporate transactions and governance end to end for a fast-moving technology environment. The role blends hands-on deal work with building scalable, technology-enabled legal workflows.
What you will do
- Run governance processes and documentation, keeping minute books, corporate records, state filings and entity records current
- Administer cap tables, equity plans and grants, reconciling records and correcting inconsistencies
- Draft and manage routine corporate and legal documents from first draft through signature
- Design AI-enabled intake, triage and approval workflows, plus self-service templates and playbooks that speed up legal work
What they look for
- Substantial experience supporting venture capital financings, M&A or similar corporate transactions
- Hands-on governance, entity management and state filing experience
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to run matters independently from instruction to completion
- Strong drafting, proofreading, communication and project management skills, plus sound judgement on escalation
