Customer Content Specialist

About the role

Specialists guide clients through press release distribution so their news reaches the right audiences and supports corporate goals. The role combines product expertise with content advice to boost engagement and visibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the main client contact throughout the press release distribution process
• Match service offerings to each client's communication needs and objectives
• Advise clients on content practices that raise engagement and visibility
• Work with colleagues to meet core metrics and department targets
• Support clients as a product expert and strategist

What they look for

• At least one year in content creation, customer service or a similar area
• A bachelor's degree in a communication related field
• A self-driven team player who works well collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Passion for customer service and helping others succeed
• Proven ability to learn a product portfolio and position solutions that affect revenue

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SEO, AEO, GEO and content best practices
• Skill with PowerPoint, Canva and public speaking
