Customer Experience Solutions Specialist

About the role

A remote, independent role helping clients plan vacations by researching options, coordinating services and supporting them through the process. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.

What you will do

• Gather client preferences on destinations, dates, budgets and special requests
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transport, tours, excursions, activities and packages
• Help clients compare options and arrange chosen services through approved suppliers
• Organize booking details, confirmations, schedules and itinerary information
• Answer routine questions, send updates, follow up on pending items and handle standard changes
• Keep client records accurate and keep building supplier and destination knowledge
