Customer Service Agent II, Work From Home

About the role

Handle incoming questions and service requests from patients, staff, providers and suppliers through phone, email and web channels, giving accurate answers promptly and to high service standards. Work within a team supporting one or more service delivery areas.

What you will do

• Answer inquiries and service requests from many audiences via phone, email and web portal
• Give accurate, timely responses that meet high customer service and quality standards
• Support one or more service delivery teams as part of a collaborative group
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to spot further service needs
• Follow local, state and federal rules and internal policies to protect patient and employee privacy
• Help create a culture where process and service improvements are welcomed

What they look for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of recent relevant experience
• Clear written and spoken communication for sensitive information with varied audiences, including non-medical listeners
• Time management and organization, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under standard procedures
• Ability to handle confidential information and work both independently and in a team
• Skill in resolving routine problems by choosing suitable options from established solutions

USD 26.02 to 36.43 per hour
