What you will do
- Resolve complex application, integration and data problems escalated beyond second-tier support
- Troubleshoot SAML single sign-on setups and API integrations for live customers
- Read JavaScript, scripts and system logs to find the cause of unexpected behavior
- Handle file provisioning workflows with CSV, JSON and XML files and secure SFTP transfers
- Lead implementations for new institutions, including configuration and adoption consulting
- Support sales on technical scoping for key regional opportunities
