Senior IT Project Manager, Laboratory Systems

About the role

Lead complex IT projects in a quality laboratory setting, keeping performance and compliance high. You will manage schedules, budgets and resources while coordinating cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Plan, run and deliver IT projects in the quality lab, managing time, budget and resources
• Define project scope with cross-functional teams and set up quality assurance for IT systems
• Assess risks, build mitigation plans and keep work compliant with regulations
• Lead project teams, encourage continuous improvement and spread best practices
• Prepare status reports and manage vendor relationships for lab IT projects

What they look for

• Degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline
• PMP certification
• Seven or more years in IT project management with a quality assurance focus
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods plus quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and risk management
• Experience with laboratory information management systems and GxP compliance
