What you will do
- Partner directly with a customer as their embedded technical expert
- Learn a new customer's domain quickly and identify realistic AI outcomes
- Design and build proof-of-concepts and production agentic workflows using MCPs, skills and the agent platform
- Enable customer engineering teams through workshops and pairing so they can own the work
- Feed patterns and gaps back to the product team
- Support pre-sales conversations by scoping AI use cases and building examples

- Ability to get productive in an unfamiliar business domain fast
- Clear communication with both customer stakeholders and engineers
Nice to have
- Experience with developer relations, workshops or technical enablement
