What you will do
- Build and carry out a company wide plan for AI assisted and automated customer support
- Direct the ServiceNow platform strategy, covering operations, upgrades, integrations and reporting
- Work with leaders across the business to turn their challenges into scalable platform solutions
- Rework support workflows so AI handles triage, knowledge lookup and resolution suggestions
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes with a focus on measurable results
- Set governance and quality standards for the support knowledge base and its data links
