About the role

Shape the content, messaging and story across a consumer experience in a hands-on role. Turn a complex, high-stakes financial decision into language that is compelling, trustworthy and clear.

What you will do

• Write headlines, subheads, calls to action and narrative journeys across landing pages, onboarding, checkout and post-purchase
• Build a narrative backbone for major product flows so every touchpoint feels part of one story
• Balance marketing savvy with trust building and emotional resonance while demystifying a complex product
• Iterate rapidly with collaborators and articulate goals, what works and why
• Present designs to leadership, take feedback in real time and finalize content
• Apply AI tools and frameworks to produce better on-brand content faster and help shape those tools

What they look for

• Six or more years of writing for marketing or content design or strategy, with a record of strong independent craft
• Two or more years on direct-to-consumer digital products
• Ability to guide customers through a daunting, high-stakes process
• Experience testing with analytics, A/B testing and usability research
• Ability to learn the customer journey through audits, competitive research and user interviews
