GTM Operations Analyst, Analytics and Automation

About the role

A hands on role in a global go to market operations team, delivering commercial analysis, reporting and automation. The analyst turns business needs into reliable insights and practical solutions that cut manual work.

What you will do

• Work with commercial stakeholders to deliver agreed analytics and automation initiatives
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and models for planning, pipeline and forecasting
• Spot trends, risks and opportunities and turn analysis into clear recommendations
• Develop workflow automations and AI assisted solutions with technical specialists
• Validate outputs, document business logic and support testing and adoption
• Align with finance, data, IT and regional teams on metric definitions and data issues

What they look for

• At least eight years in enterprise B2B SaaS go to market operations, revenue operations or commercial analytics
• Solid grasp of pipeline, forecasting, recurring revenue and commercial processes
• Hands on business intelligence and data modeling, including dashboards and validation
• Practical use of workflow automation and AI tools to improve processes
• A record of delivering analytical or automation solutions that see sustained use
• Strong prioritization, problem solving and stakeholder communication, plus a bachelor degree or equivalent

Nice to have

• Salesforce reporting and Power BI experience
• Experience delivering reusable capabilities across regions with distributed teams
