Customer Success Manager, State and Local

About the role

Manage a portfolio of public sector enterprise customers from first trial to full rollout and ongoing service. Grow adoption of the platform and deepen relationships with agency stakeholders.

What you will do

• Steer enterprise accounts through trial, implementation and continuing delivery to broaden adoption
• Cultivate strong ties with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors via meetings, reports and events
• Understand customer needs and priorities to make the best use of the platform
• Find upsell and cross-sell openings within current accounts
• Raise net revenue retention through strategic engagement and expansion
• Share product updates and new features and support their adoption

What they look for

• Eight or more years in enterprise software or SaaS customer success or account management
• Specific experience supporting the public sector, including government, law enforcement or public safety
• Experience giving product support at the user level
• Comfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build customer relationships

Pay

USD 100,000 to 115,000 per year
